TripZen: an experience designed to take the stress out of group trip planning
Project Overview
Create custom trip ideas, vote and comment on destinations, and securely store memories. A simple-to-use trip planner created to get you out of endless WhatsApp group chats.

The Challenge
Group trip planning becomes a hassle since everyone has their own idea of fun and what they would like to do during the trip.
Users endlessly keep scrolling group chats to find pictures, documents, ticket booking, flight details.
Users get tired and overwhelmed during planning and the responsibility is mostly taken by one single person.
The Approach
With TripZen, the group can vote on accommodations, destinations, activities, availability etc.
Dedicated space for everything; document, images, expenses, itinerary.
Everyone has access to every important details like ticket and hotel bookings.
Fun elements like polls, voting on activities, making note to keep everybody in the group on the same page.
Information + User Flow
The information architecture was designed to nudge the user to plan in a detailed and structured manner supporting the user without overwhelming them with the details.
Meanwhile the flow of the application ensures that the information reaches the user without friction.
